Mennonite Windmill Blades Log Cabin Quilt: Circa 1870; Pennsylvania

This Mennonite Windmill Blades Log Cabin quilt (aka Pineapple Log Cabin) is one of the finest I have had the pleasure to own. It is made of wool challis with deep, rich colors and five borders that repeat fabrics within the quilt. The logs are a mere 1/4" in width. Corner blocks of diagonal stripes are the ultimate finishing point.

Measurements are 72" x 83".
Annville, Pennsylvania origin; circa 1870.
Excellent condition.
