The necklace was made  by Native American jeweler Daniel Coriz (1964) from the Santo Domingo Pueblo.. He learned the art of jewelry making from his mother and grandfather. \u003cspan\u003e Coriz's impressve work has earned him recognition at prestigious events, including first place at the Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonials.
