We offer free shipping for full price purchases within the continental United States via USPS or UPS. Other options are available by request.

We will coordinate shipping details with international buyers, whether they prefer USPS or UPS.

Layaway is offered with an initial payment of one third and the balance within 30 days. Customized plans may be available. Please contact us for other arrangements. Layaways are considered final sales. The deposit will be forfeited if payment is not completed as agreed upon.

If you'll be returning an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item within 7 business days. No returns are accepted on international shipments due to customs fees. Layaway purchases are not returnable. When the item is received in the same condition in which it was sent, a full refund will be provided less shipping and credit card fees.

Applicable sales tax must be charged for shipments within Maryland.

Orders received before 5 pm EST are usually packaged and shipped within two business days. We will contact you if there are unforeseen delays.
