Beautiful wool Log Cabin Quilt that combines a Barnraising center with Light and Dark blocks surrounding it. A zig zag around all of these makes a beautiful frame. The quilt is made of medium weight wools with a cotton back. The darks are a small red floral print on a black ground. The quilt measures 68" x 70". Pennsylvania origin; made circa 1880. Condition is excellent.
