This Double Nine Patch quilt is as fresh and crisp as the day it was taken off the quilting frame nearly 150 years ago. It is in unused, outstanding condition. The scale of the patches is terrific. Each block measures slightly less than one inch to a side. It is well quilted with feathered wreaths in each of the white off blocks. Light pencil marks are still visible. Measurements are 70" x 73". Ohio origin; made circa 1880.
