Wonderfully scaled Birds in the Air quilt with solid red and teal. The light triangles have a small print that adds to the appearance of fluttering birds. The quilt is in excellent, unwashed condition. The border is quilted with chevrons and diagonal lines throughout the body of the quilt. It is from Franklin County, Pennsylvania; made 1880s. Measurements are 75" x 86".
