This touching Stars quilt has the most unusual addition of appliqued flowers giving a nice "pop" to the already bold pattern. The solid red used for the deep triangle border is another element that adds drama. It is well quilted with small clamshell patterns. The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in excellent condition.
Measurements are 84 inches square.
Pennsylvania origin; circa 1870's.
