Streamlined three dimensional belt buckle by the late Mexican designer, Antonio Pineda.
The Modernist design flares to the far end. Each element consists of two sides that are raised to a peak.
The buckle measures 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches tall . It accommodates a 3/4 inch belt. The buckle is suitable for a man or woman. It is well hallmarked with Antonio's crown and the design number.
The work of Antonio Pineda is included in the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and is pictured in books by Penny Morrill.
