This stunning Mariner's Compass crib quilt is unlike any other I've seen in terms of color palette as well as design.
The central Compass is framed with quarter Compasses and a triangle border. Quilting follows the pieced blocks. The quilt is from the Ausherman Family of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania ( Franklin County).
It is professionally mounted on a stretcher that is wired to be hung either horizontally or vertically. The green is more vibrant than appears on my monitor. If you would like to see the true colors, please email and I will send images of it in natural light.
