Well made version of a Tumbling Blocks crib quilt, a pattern not often seen in a small size. The quilt is made with a variety of red and indigo calico prints. There is order to the distribution of the reds/pinks as they are lighter across the center of the quilt and slightly above and below the middle. The quilt is in excellent condition. Measurements are 35" x 40" . There is a sleeve hand sewn to the back so it is ready for hanging or it can be removed easily if one chooses. Made circa 1880's.
