This Hopi silver bracelet with natural turquoise is wonderfully three dimensional. The four irregularly shaped turquoise stones are set below the surface to create a shadowbox. The surface on which the stones are set is oxidized with the black giving the appearance of additional depth. The bracelet is stamped with an abstract design of circles and continuous curved lines on the top and bottom. It weighs a very substantial 123 grams. The inner diameter is 2 1/8" across with an opening of 1". The bracelet currently fits a medium/small wrist but can be adjusted. Made circa 1950.
