This scrolling gold, diamond and ruby brooch by Tiffany is the epitome of Retro design. Two draped lengthwise loops of gold give the appearance of fabric. Scrolling across the front is a gracefully curved band of gold on which are nine graduated size rubies and a curl of diamonds. The back has a double pin stem.
The Tiffany France mark is tiny and difficult to photograph but evident in real life. Made in the 1940's; 14 karat gold. The brooch is 1 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" long. Condition is excellent.
