This bright and cheerful Birds in the Air quilt is unusual in that it is not made of the usual cheddar color. It has more yellow to it making it the color of zinnias. It is very well quilted with feathered arcs and hearts in each of the white triangles and the same arcs without hearts in the orange triangles. The border is quilted with diamonds. The quilt is in excellent, unwashed condition. Measurements are 72" x 82". Pennsylvania origin; made circa 1900.
