This striking crib quilt goes by many different names, among which are Georgetown Circle; Crown of Thorns and English Wedding Ring. This bold example makes wonderful use of the combination of red, orange and green to create several different patterns. The quilt measures 39 inches to a side. Because it is square, displaying it on point adds an entirely new dimension to the pattern.
Condition is excellent. York County, Pennsylvania origin; circa 1880's.
