Thoughtful placement of colors make this pattern more than a Light and Dark Log Cabin. Diagonal lines are created by the consistent use of prints of black; gray and brown. The center of each block is the same red printed fabric around which are a large variety of printed materials that include plaids; stripes; geometric and floral patterns.
The quilt is in excellent condition. Made circa 1890; measureements are 72" x 78".
