Straight Furrows Log Cabin quilt done in a variety of wools with a cotton backing. The rich colors are beautifully blended, combining solids; plaids and stripes. A triangle border makes a lovely frame. The quilt is tied but not heavy as tied quilts often are. It is likely from a Mennonite maker.
Measurements are 72" x 74". Excellent condition. Made circa 1890; Pennsylvania origin.
