Rarely does one find an Ohio Amish Streak of Lightning in crib quilt size. This early example is made of wools with a cotton backing. The quilting patterns are a herringbone design with diagonal lines for the border. There is a small area of damage to the inside green border but no other condition mentionables. The quilt was made by Katie Kurtz of Holmes County, Ohio; circa 1910.
