This stunning crib quilt is the perfect miniature of an elaborate Broken Star quilt. The border and corner blocks echo the construction of the Star. Quilting is finely done with tiny diamonds. The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in excellent condition. The colors have softened a bit from previous washings but this in no way affects the impact of this bold pattern. Made circa 1870; measurements are 38" x 39".
