This Ohio Amish Ocean Waves quilt is perfection in every way. The red and black color combination is wonderfully dramatic. Condition is flawless. The black fabric is a cotton sateen, typical of the time the quilt was made. The quilting pattern of complex wreaths in the black diamonds is classic.ย More unusual is the borderย treatment ofย a combination of concentric half circles filled with diamonds. Measurements are 66" x 86".
