Exceptionally fine example of a Sawtooth pattern quilt highlighted with a Wild Goose Chase border. Diamonds are a nice way to treat the corner blocks. The quilt is made of a beautiful assoertment of printed fabrics from the 1870's and 80's. It is in pristine, unwashed condition. Measurements are 82 inches square. The border is quilted with chevrons and concentric right angles in the unpieced triangle blocks. Pennsylvania origin,
