This Thousand Pyramids quilt made with a wonderful blend of pastel colors has a very "painterly" sense about it. The fabrics are all cotton sateen giving the quilt a nice glow. The colors are beautifully blended together and repetition of the green border fabric within the triangles further adds to the feel of continuous movement. The border is quilted with an elaborate scrolling feather. Each triangle is quilted with diamonds.
The quilt is in excellent, unwashed condition with one tiny , unobtrusive spot. The back is the same green fabric as the border. Measurements are 70" x 79".
